Experiences that fuel your growth in connection with others and with the natural world. You are both nature and nurture, come make some sense of how these forces shape your experience. The cultivation of practices that bring us back to life, the sense of meaning and the clarity of purpose that unfolds as a natural consequence of being held in a calibrated group field; makes individual expansion inevitable. The only true requirement is showing up. There is much talk these days about showing up but little is said about how. In my experience - relational field work and understanding the dynamics of everyday interactions is both an honest way to address the long term patterns that undermine connection AND the key to building more resilient relationships. The "I" becomes the "we" when you bring yourself to the whole but more importantly- can you find your way back to your own center after the world is done with you? This course explores aspects of- breath work, cold exposure, neuroacustic reprograming, relational field, and groups dynamics that create conditions for sustainable changes in your individual process. 1950kr per person We meet for 120min group sessions 5 times in the course of 21 days
